Please be sure to meet all of these requirements, otherwise we will be unable to process your refund.

To use the guarantee you must cancel your service within 30 days of the activation of your account. Your outgoing calls must not exceed 500 minutes of use. Incoming calls do not count against this total. You may request a refund of your start-up fee if your outgoing calls exceed 500 minutes, but we must charge you for the months service. You will be responsible for additional charges such as international calls and directory assistance.

 
All returned equipment and components must be in the original packaging.
 
When we receive the rental equipment, and the conditions above have been met, you will receive a full refund of any security deposit and first month’s subscription fee.

Return Policy Summary:

* To cancel, you must not exceed 500 minutes of usage in the first 30 days of service.

* You must return your rental equipment within 14 days of your cancellation.
* All returned rental equipment must be in the original packaging.

Shipping and Product Availability
 

We attempt to display to you only those items which are currently available to order, and item status is refreshed frequently. However, it is possible that some items, will be out of stock at the time of your order. When your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation verifying receipt of your order and confirming the availability and selling prices of all items in your order. If the item you ordered is currently out of stock or back-ordered, AtlasVoice will provide you an estimated time arrival (ETA) and a shipment confirmation. If the item you ordered is available and your payment was confirmed, we strive our best to ship you your order as soon as possible. We usually ship orders the next business day and if possible we will ship same day.

 
Returns
 

Items that are found to be defective or DOA within 10 days of shipment will be replaced with the same product by AtlasVoice otherwise all sales are final. If the item or equipment needs to be returned for warranty repair, AtlasVoice will issue an RMA# for the item and an estimated time for the repair- which will be handled on a case-by-case basis. You (The Buyer) will also be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the item.
