Our voicemail service is integrated with your email. You can access your voicemail through your AtlasVoice™ phone (dial *98) or one of our dial-in numbers. You can store as many voicemails you want on our system, and organize them in separate folders. A copy of all new voicemails will also be e-mailed directly to your inbox. You can even get SMS notification to your cell phone when new voicemail arrives. More instructions here.

imageBring your phone anywhere

The phone adapter available through AtlasVoice™ is very small and fully portable. Simply unplug the adapter and take it wherever you want, anywhere in the world. Just plug it into any broadband Internet connection, connect a regular phone, and your AtlasVoice™ line is ready to go.

imageCall Return

Virtual phone numbers are secondary (incoming) numbers from any available area code for your primary AtlasVoice™ line.
Virtual phone numbers allow others from those local dialing area codes to call you without incurring any long distance charges (similar to you having a toll free number).
All of your outgoing calls are billed as if made from your primary number.
We can provide numbers from most areas in North America as well as countries in Europe.

imageOptional Toll Free Service

For those who receive a lot of long distance calls, AtlasVoice™ offers a toll-free service for additional savings at 5 ¢ / minute.

imageEmergency Calling 911

AtlasVoice™ gives you immediate access to emergency services when you dial 911,
but because the AtlasVoice™ service is also a mobile service, the 911 service works differently than your regular 911 service.

911 dialing and the AtlasVoice™ service do not function during an electrical power or broadband provider outage.

You must provide the address where you will primarily be using the service.
If you are using the service elsewhere, the emergency response centre will not automatically know your location.
In this case you need to provide the location you are calling from, verbally during the call.
If you are not able to speak with the emergency response centre, they will call you back to get your exact location. If the emergency response centre is unable to get a response from you after calling back, they will dispatch emergency personnel to your primary address. Do not hang up unless instructed to do so by emergency call centre operator;
If you get disconnected, please redial the emergency call centre operator.

Please see our Terms of Service for more information about our 911 dialing feature.
